Teachers to have the ability to view students scores for students currently in their class from previous years

We would like our teachers to have access to student data from previous school years so that they can see past performance and better understand the students performance/learning and where improvement is needed or gaps exist. Currently they are only able to see data for students in their current class for the current year only. Admins can access this information from Realize reports and we would like teachers to have that same ability.
