option to print tests

It'd be nice to be able to print a blank copy of their tests, including tests that have been created and shared with other teachers.

Also, sometimes the students have to answer a science question by typing a short response in a sentence and it would be helpful to be able to print what they answered on their tests that shows the question and their response.
