Reallow assigning of playlists.

For some reason, in the middle of the school year, a change was made that prevents teachers from assigning playlists. For us, as a Canvas school, this makes a clunky and time consuming process, more difficult. Please revert it back to the way it was or allow us to check a box that makes the playlist an assignment and not create an individual assignment for each assignment.
