Allow teachers to have a separate close date to an assignment beyond the due date.

This is a common tool most interfaces use that allow teachers to make an assignment due on a one day but the assignment won't officially close until another day. So that way most students will do the assignment on its given day but they get the opportunity to turn it in late after the due date if absent or what ever may be the case.
