I have noticed the digital labs do not consistently save student work if they cannot finish in one sitting. I tried to file a ticket with tech support, but they said they couldn't work on it and suggested I have students back up their work in another application. At their suggestion, I also contacted curriculum support. They confirmed that the digital labs do not save consistently and suggested that I file an enhancement request. If you cannot fix this issue, I would suggest that at least you put a warning on the labs that they don't save and must be completed in one sitting.
