CURRENT: Teachers pre-assign assignments for the entire class at the beginning of the school year. However, when new students are added to the class later, they do not automatically see these pre-assigned assignments, as they were not part of the class when the assignments were originally set.
REQUEST: Requesting an enhancement that would allow the platform to recognize when new students are added to a class and automatically notify the teacher about any pre-assigned assignments that the new students are not currently enrolled in. The notification would prompt the teacher with an option to add the new student(s) to the assignments.
BENEFIT: This would allow teachers to add new students to all relevant pre-assigned assignments without having to manually assign each one individually. It would save time and ensure that all students, regardless of when they joined the class, have access to the assignments.
