Ability to export assessment summary data with graphs.

When I go to pull district-wide data for analysis of an assessment, the exported data file gives me a list of every question for each student. While that is helpful in some cases, I need to be able to export data into a spreadsheet showing the percentage breakdown for each standard. I like the color-coded display that you can see on the filtered results but it does not export in the same way. Having to redo this after data export is very time-consuming. In essence, I would like to be able to export/download/print exactly what I see on the screen.

Thank you for submitting your idea!

We are currently working on some additional export formats for the Item Details reports. Unfortunately, adding colors to the file isn't a part of this work as we are still only using a .csv format, but we will keep that in mind as we continue to explore future enhancements to Realize Reports. The new formats we are exploring in the near term, will look more similar to the format you see in the UI, with a column for each question with information about the standard(s) aligned to each question, and a row for each student. We also are considering bringing the class, school, and district average into the export.

In the meantime, though, I wanted to bring your attention to another report, the Cumulative Standards Scores by School/Standard report, which can be run for an individual assessment. While the Item Details reports show you the standard for each question, if you have one or more questions that contribute to the same standard, the Item Details report will not aggregate scores by the standard. The cumulative standards scores by standards report will. This may be a helpful report in the meantime if you're looking for student-level averages on standards within a single test.
