Remove the Lock Icon for Teacher-Only (Non-Assignable) Materials

The lock icon currently indicates that a resource cannot be assigned to students and that it is teacher-only; however, this icon is confusing and makes teachers think they cannot access it. Replacing the lock icon with a different picture, words saying "teacher only" or just removing the icon altogether would make this much more user-friendly and avoid teacher confusion.
