Add option to navigate assignments without having to go back to select a new one Merged

From CLASSES -> Assignments -> once the teacher selects an assignment to view student submissions they can't currently navigate to the next or previous one. Please add 2 buttons so that they can go to the "next" or "previous" assignment without needing to return to the "classes" home screen. This option is already available when we select DATA --> (any) Assessment, but not when se select an assignment/test from the ASSIGNMENTS tab
