optimize screen on visual learning videos -

Would it be possible to contact Saavas and ask them to give us an option to full screen option when playing the visual learning video? They have so many borders on the screen that the full video doesn't fit on the smartboard screen. I either lose the question or the progress bar. They even have a present button, but it does nothing on my smartboard or laptop. It may just be me, but I haven't been able to find a way to optimize it.
