Return the ability to give partial credit on short answer responses

Now the scoring option is either all or none. Sometimes students have a partially correct answer but not entirely correct. Teachers need to be able to give "partial" credit for student responses that don't "quite" meet the expectation. Partial credit would be great or allow the response to be worth 2 points and we can either give 1 or the full 2 points. I'm not sure why the partial credit option was taken away.
