Enrichment - cannot be done independently because Kindergartners cannot read the directions.

I have some students who are finishing the independent practice in very, very quickly. The problem with the enrichment is that the directions always have to be read to them (which is hard when I am trying to support struggling students), and they are also very quick and too easy for many of my high students.
