Allow formative assessments to be reassigned Merged

Please allow teachers to reassign (reset) assignments so students can redo them. It's frustrating for students when they submit an assignment and then realize that they accidentally overlooked something but can't go back to fix it or redo it. Hiding and reassigning is not a workable solution; it creates havoc when grades are exported to the district SIS.
