Add a DELETE Button instead of a HIDE Button Merged

Sometimes when I create assignments, it can be difficult to edit them after they were created. Having the delete button will allow all teachers to take out certain components without having to re-create the whole assignment again.

    This would also be helpful when you accidentally assign something. Teachers are busy people and sometimes they make mistakes. It would be helpful if they could easily delete assignments they may have scheduled in error.
