Enable timestamps for when students begin and end assignments to allow teacher documentation of student participation / completion. Merged

Assist teachers and admin in documenting student work. When they login / begin assignments, show how long students worked on the assignment and when completed and turned in. This documentation allows teachers to screenshot and share student data with parents and admin. This option is available in other curriculums and is great documentation.
