In the AD grade report and PD student progress tool, display the original exam score and the exam retake score (only if the student was offered an exam retake), which will help Student Success identify quicker if the student completed the retake.
Exam retake field only displays after Student Success applies exam retake window to that exam for the student
During exam retake window, '-' is displayed until retake is completed and then is replaced with new score
