Remove Student option for seeing BOY/MOY/EOY grade

Students when completing the BOY are getting discouraged when seeing their grade. This information is for teacher data and is not necessary for students to see.

Sample Problems within and at the end of an Experience are not easily assigned. I would like to offer them as practice, homework, or challenge (extra credit) or use them in content reviews and exam preparations, etc.
