Enable batch scoring of written responses

For manual scoring, teachers may see all the student responses to a single question and award points for each student's response. An option for a default point value would also be helpful.

Answer feedback with explanation (MathXL)

Students could use an answer explanation and/or hints to help students when they are working with the MathXL. Just having an answer isn't as helpful to learning if they can't retrace the mistake/recreate the answer on their own.
