Fix Featured Resources

The featured resources icons should provide organized files of resources. At present, they are jumbled, and teachers don't really like to use them.

Make the Steam Activity pages editable

Make Stem Activity pages easily editable in word. Then teachers could customize it to personalize it for their class. For example: We would like to change the 4th grade Stem Activity to include the highest mountains in Colorado instead of the world.
