Assessment "Total Time to Complete" Report Data Element

Assessments would have a field showing how long it took each student to complete an assessment. This would help teachers to tailor custom assessments to manage student fatigue during assessments.

When assigning to google classroom groups, make customizable groups automatically listed rather than having to be searched.

Because we don't have to remember the names of all of the groups we created.
