Allow filters to sort for units/lessons in the search function

I have a hard time finding exactly what I need when I am searching in the search function. The TOC Sequence filter does an okay job but I feel like it could be better tailored.

Allow Admin to mass delete accounts based on a CSV user file.

Allow an administrator to create a CSV file with users that have left the district and need to be suspended/deleted.
