Allow teachers to set a required score for assessments, and if that score is not met, the assessment is reassigned automatically

When students complete a lesson quiz, I would like to be able to select the percent that they have to score. If they do not reach this I would like savvas to automatically send back the quiz for them to try again.

English and Spanish assessments should have the same questions

Questions found on the digital English and Spanish assessments are not the same. This can cause confusion and/or unnecessary additional work for teachers who have students assessing in multiple languages.
