PINNED Grade handwritten student work online
Teachers would like to have an AI-based tool that auto-grades student handwritten work like math homework and handwritten essays. This could be done by the student submitting photos of their work or by the teacher scanning the documents.

    Interactive Slides

    Many times, we would like to have an option for the slides to be interactive. If we have a SmartBoard, you can't be in presentation mode without moving the slide forward.

    K-2 Practice Buddy should have an option for grading of accuracy instead of just completion.

    Students often rush through Practice Buddy because they figure out that they will get a 100% no matter what. If teachers have the option of switching to accuracy based grading, it will motivate students to focus on accuracy and not just completion.

    Update Language for "Big Question"

    What you refer to as the "Big Question" is actually called the "Compelling Question" in the KY standards document and in the state test. I believe it would be helpful to have some continuity in the language used so students don't get confused.

    Allow teacher to delete previously customized assessment but keep the original copy

    If you make adjustments to any assessment/assignment and you want to delete that assessment/assignment but keep the original copy that you adjusted

    Readiness Assessment for each topic in Grade 5

    We noticed that grades 6-8 have a Readiness Assessment for each topic. We would love that feature for 5th grade. Just having one Readiness Assessment for the year is not helpful because it will give similar information to what we get from our fall...

    Allow teachers to disable showing answers in practice buddy

    When students miss a question, they can see the answer to the problem and simply click 'Try Again'. This allows them to randomly click on answers, see the correct answer, and simply click 'Try Again' and choose the correct answer.

    There needs to be a stronger vocabulary component. Not just here are 5 words from the next text. There needs to be a vocabulary curriculum. For example, something like Sadlier's Vocabulary Workshop.
