Option to Add questions to videos

Write topic and lesson, Name line, and Hour #, at top of reading guides

When a teacher prints the primary source reading guide from their library, the Topic #, Lesson # and a Name line and Section/Hour line shold be printed on the top of the page.

Label each Hook and Inspire

It is hard to tell which Hook and Inspire goes with each unit. It would be helpful to have them labeled with the unit it corresponds to.
