Combined assessment data

Instead of only being able to see one class's data at a time for assessments, we need to be able to see all of the data for an assessment across all classes. Combine all the data for all of the students the assessment was assigned to.

Provide grading rubrics

Students want to know how their work is scored and how much each question is worth. Rubrics are not always available.
